A warehouse is not an office building with more square footage. Trailers sit loaded in the yard overnight, dock doors open and close all shift, drivers and temporary workers come and go, and the most valuable inventory in the building can change from one week to the next. Warehouse security services have to keep up with all of that without slowing the operation down.
Warehouse security guards at the gate and the dock
SecureOne's warehouse security guards check in drivers, confirm carriers, trailer numbers, and paperwork, direct trucks to the right door, and log departures. Between trucks they walk the dock, check staged trailers and pedestrian doors, and make sure nobody is somewhere they should not be. Most warehouse posts are unarmed; for high-value inventory, armed security guards are available.
After-hours patrols and cameras
When the building is quiet, mobile patrol services can check doors, trailers, and fence lines on a route that changes from night to night. Our solar camera trailers add 24/7 eyes on yards and fence lines, using SecureOne's solar surveillance units.
Industrial experience since 2002
SecureOne's industrial security services cover warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, intermodal transportation hubs, data center hosting facilities, research and development campuses, and flex industrial buildings. For multi-state operations, we provide end-to-end coverage through our licensed states and our network of pre-screened partners. Our patrol services and supervision tools, including GPS Insight, WinTeam, and Vision InSites, keep every building on the same standard.
What clients say
"I went through several companies over the years on my property. Glad I found SecureOne. It's not that they are perfect but take care of any issue immediately. That's all I ask for." Warehouse Manager, Tinley Park, IL. For Chicago-area facilities, see our Chicago security site.
