Armed Security Guard Services for Higher-Risk Sites

Licensed, trained armed officers, placed only where armed coverage is the right fit.

Most properties are well served by unarmed officers. Armed security guard services make sense when a site handles cash or high-value goods, when there is a credible threat, or when past incidents have involved weapons or violence. SecureOne places armed officers at financial locations, cannabis facilities, high-value warehouses, and other sites where the risk is greater. During a free consultation, we look at your site, your history, and your concerns and tell you plainly whether armed coverage is the right fit, or whether an unarmed officer, a patrol, or a camera trailer would do the job.

How SecureOne selects and trains armed officers

Armed officers hold the licenses and complete the firearms training required by the state where they work. Before an officer starts at your site, they also complete training specific to your property. SecureOne officers receive advanced training in First Aid, CPR, and AED, nonlethal force, arrest and control techniques, and active shooter response, plus annual refresher training. SecureOne hires officers with prior military, law enforcement, or security experience. You can read more about our armed security guard services on secureone.com.

Off-duty and retired police in Chicago and Phoenix

For sites that call for a sworn presence, SecureOne provides off-duty and retired police officers in Chicago and Phoenix. Our off-duty police services cover site posts, critical access control points, executive protection details, theft and violence prevention, and fire watch. Local details are on our Chicago security site and Phoenix security site.

Supervision and reporting

Every SecureOne client gets field supervisor inspections at no additional cost. Officers file tours, tasks, and incidents in Vision InSites, so you see activity in real time, and you have one point of contact available 24/7 for schedule changes or concerns. Armed posts are common in cannabis security, in banking, and in warehouses with high-value inventory.
