Security guard services are not one-size-fits-all. A hotel lobby, a construction site, and a distribution center each need different posts, different training, and different reporting. SecureOne has provided contract security services since 2002, and every program starts with a conversation about your property, your hours, and what worries you most.
Officers on site
Our armed security guards are trained for higher-risk sites, and our unarmed security guards handle access control, customer-facing posts, and everyday deterrence. Both are part of SecureOne's security officer services, which include field supervisor inspections at no additional cost. SecureOne hires officers with prior military, law enforcement, or security experience, and they wear SecureOne's standard uniform of tan shirt, black hat, black pants, and black shoes so they are easy to recognize.
Patrols and cameras
For properties that need a presence without a full-time post, our mobile patrol services use vehicles tracked by GPS Insight with 360-degree in-car cameras. Our mobile surveillance trailers put solar-powered cameras with live monitoring on yards, lots, and job sites where wiring is slow or expensive.
Off-duty police
Where a sworn presence makes sense, SecureOne provides off-duty and retired police officers in Chicago and Phoenix. Our Chicago and Phoenix sites have the local details.
Programs by industry
We build programs for warehouses and distribution centers, construction sites, retail stores and shopping centers, and events. Each program uses the same officers, technology, and supervision, adjusted to the risks of that setting.
Training and reporting
Officers complete state-mandated training plus advanced training in First Aid, CPR, and AED, nonlethal force, arrest and control techniques, and active shooter response. Learn more about our security guard training. Reports, photos, and patrol checks go into Vision InSites in real time, so you see what the officer sees. SecureOne is licensed in 18 states and coordinates partner coverage in the rest of the lower 48; see locations for details, or request a quote.
